Tie downs
We have 16 tie downs available. Aircraft Parking on pavement is available. The pavement is fair. Littelbrook management can supply a freshly paved tiedown area if a 1 year prepayment of $450.00 is made. Therefore you will have two months free rent. A freshly paved tiedown area fresh pavement will be avialable during seasonal times. Rent currently is $45.00 per month with a deposit.  Aircraft insurance certificate needs to be provided upon agreement and an agreement on airport rules and regulations.

You can pick your spot from our aerial view and all spots are subject to first come first serve. Plenty of parking. We have 4 perfect spots ready to go. You must supply your own ropes.

Two premium spots close to the future FBO are currently available. Grass tie downs are also available at $35.00 per month.

Payments can be made monthly with PAYPAL.

Boats and RV storage. We are opening up a large storage area for your boats or rv,s. The cost will be very reasonable. Insurance must be maintained on your property and a waiver of liability will need to be signed.  Average projected monthly storage cost will be $25.00 to $45.00 per month.
